On April 1, the Northern Michigan Alliance for Children celebrated nominees and winners for several community awards across Clare, Gladwin, and Missaukee counties. Two of our teachers were nominated for the Compass of Compassion award - Kori Driver and Cindy Scare. At the ceremony, Mrs. Driver was announced as the winner. We congratulate both of them!
In addition, our superintendent was nominated for the Heart of the Community award.
