We are grateful for all of the hard work of the Road Commission. We are also watching the weather storm warnings for tomorrow during the day, and into the evening. Since we only are scheduled for a half day on Friday, we are hopeful to be able to safely transport students to and from school before the dangerous part of the storm hits. You may see other districts who have full days slated make a decision tonight; we may not make ours until early in the morning. Thank you for your continued understanding.
We have received an update from the Road Commission that secondary roads are being tackled. Due to this, we are going to move forward with tonight's high school girls' basketball games.
Other teams/sports may choose to practice, but attendance is not mandatory.
Due to snow covered backroads, Harrison Community Schools will be closed today, Thursday, January 11th.

Just a reminder to all that Friday, January 12, will remain a scheduled half day of attendance for students, with teachers completing record marking in the afternoon as we conclude semester 1.
