Hornet Nation,
Our internet and phone services are back online. We appreciate your patience, and we appreciate our CGRESD technology partners for all their hard work to restore services.

UPDATE FOR HORNET NATION:
Our servers at the CGRESD experienced some type of failure today, and our partners there are working diligently with vendors to diagnose and repair.
It is quite possible that the internet and phone outages may continue into tomorrow. While it may seem a bit "old school" for our students, learning will happen all day tomorrow on all of our campuses.
Since access to staff may be impossible through technology, if you need direct communication it may mean stopping by in person to see us.
We appreciate your continued patience.

Our internet and phones are down, with no estimated time for restoration. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
This year we launched a combo Geometry/Construction course at the high school to emphasize real-world learning that incorporates math. One project has been designing & building greenhouses for sale and today students turned the first one over to a happy customer! #HornetPride

These 2 are just some of the 70 or so kiddos who came to Kindergarten Round Up & "committed" to Hornet Nation! Thanks to our staff, student ambassadors, & community partners for making sure that the Class of 2037 is ready to go! Enrollment continues through summer. #HornetPride

We can't wait to see you tomorrow!
Harrison High School is looking for a Math Teacher. Please see job post for application information.

Hornet Nation,
We just completed a lock-down drill across all five of our campuses, PreK-12. Teachers and students were asked to follow all procedures, including lights off, drapes pulled, and nightlock door stops activated.
Practicing such a drill can be stressful, and our teachers took extra care with students to ensure that they were safe, quiet, and even-keeled. We appreciate our partnership with local law enforcement from Harrison and surrounding areas, some of whom took extra time with our youngest students to make sure they felt okay after the drill was over.
If you have any questions, please reach out to your building principal or myself.
