Reminder: Due to the Good Friday Holiday, we are closed on April 18.

Do you have a Harrison Community Schools student who plans to play a sport during the 2025-2026 school year? Book one today at the School Based Health Center as they are FREE. Any sports physical completed on or after April 15th 2025 is good for the entire 2025-2026 school year.
All students MUST have a consent on file with us AND have a sports physical form completed by parent or guardian. If you have already completed a consent for the current school year, you do NOT need to complete another one. See below for links to forms. You can also pick them up from the school health center located outside of the health center door inside the middle school.
