Harrison Community Schools operates the Michigan "At Risk" School Readiness Program for children four (4) years of age.

During school year 2007-2008, 64 slots were funded to provide preschool programming Monday through Thursday, in morning and afternoon classes.

To be eligible for this program, parents must complete a short application indicating that their child meets a minimum of two (2) risk factors which have been established by the Michigan Department of Education.

FOR EARLY CHILDHOOD PROGRAM REGISTRATION--
2008-2009 SCHOOL YEAR:

Children who will be four years of age on or before December 1^st are eligible to register.

Registration Begin April 8^th, 2008 at the Larson Elementary School, located at 455 West Spruce Street.
Get Applications at Larson Elementary School.

Parents must have Birth Certificate and Immunization Records to receive an application.
