Spring Honor's & Award's Ceremony 3rd & 4th grade 9:30 am 5th & 6th grade 1:00 pm Join us Friday, May 16th as we recognize students for their achievement in: the Michigan Education Assessment Program (MEAP); Writing, Good Citizen; Attendance; Honor Roll; Young Authors; Math-a-Thon; and more. The Program will be held in our gymnasium. 2008/2009 School Year A "Placement Consideration Form" is now available in the Hillside Office. Parents are asked to describe the desired educational setting for your child for next school year. The form needs to be turned into the office by Friday, May 16th. 6th Grade Invited to Harrison Middle School Monday, May 19th from 6:00 - 7:30 pm Sixth grade students and their parents are invited to the Middle School on May 19th for an Open House. This is the perfect opportunity for students and parents to tour the building, meet the staff and learn about the 7th grade curriculum. "Great Lakes Loons" Tuesday, May 20th - Dow Diamond, Midland Tickets will be purchased on Monday. Watch for information next week on souvenirs and concession stands at the Loon's Game. Lou E. "Good Citizen" pictures are posted on the school website and also submitted to the Clare County Cleaver. You can purchase a 5x7 picture of your child and/or the grade-level "Good Citizen" group for $1.00 each. You may send cash or write a check to LB Photography.
